Approved provider for Ontario-Montclair USD only.
The Ontario-Montclair School District is an approved provider of Module One AB 75 training. This module focuses on theoretical and practical aspects of understanding and using a. State core academic standards; b. curriculum frameworks and instructional materials aligned to the State academic standards; c. pupil assessment instruments, specific ways of mastering the use of assessment data from the STAR program, and school management technology to improve pupil performance; and d. knowledge, skills and abilities designed to strengthen the ability of administrators to serve all pupils in the school to which they are assigned. The course emphasizes the alignment of the written, taught, and tested curriculum through building knowledge and understanding of State frameworks, standards, adopted instructional materials, and assessments. Practicum experiences will enable participants to use knowledge and skills gained through course activities in "real world" settings.
