Participant Feed-Back

Thank you for agreeing to take part in the AB 75 Participant Feed-Back Process. It is of critical importance that we learn from you, the training participant, whether or not the AB 75 Program met its goals. And too, it’s essential that we get feedback from participants on the trainers used in the program.

Confidentiality
We ask that you respond to all questions honestly and with candor. Your responses will be held in the strictest of confidence; no responses will be attributed to individual trainees and only summary information will be reported to participating school districts and trainers. 

The Process
After you’ve entered the system for the first time using the log-in above, you’ll be asked to complete a brief demographic form and then you’ll proceed directly to your personal AB 75 “home page”.  Thereafter, completing the log in above will take you directly to your home page.  There you will complete evaluations of each of the modules as you progress through them. So be sure to bookmark this page-- you’ll be using it again later.
